Crème brulee is something that usually you order when you’re out on a fancy meal out, but we decided that it should be an every day occurrence by (I’m sure you guessed it), putting it inside of a pastry!
Inside of this soft brioche bun we pipe a healthy amount of pastry cream and on top of each bun we torch sugar to give the buns the signature crème brulee look!
